1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OOPPA website (the "Website"), visiting any OOPPA outlet, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services. OOPPA is operated by RetailTech Capital Sdn Bhd ("OOPPA", "we", "us", "our").

2. Definitions

• "OOPPA", "we", "us", "our" refers to RetailTech Capital Sdn Bhd and its OOPPA retail outlets in Malaysia.
• "You", "your", "customer" refers to any person who accesses the Website or purchases products/services from OOPPA.
• "Products" means eyewear, lenses, sunglasses, accessories and related goods sold by OOPPA.
• "Services" means eye tests, consultations, fitting, and after-sales services provided at OOPPA outlets.• "Outlet" means any physical OOPPA retail store location in Malaysia.

3. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this Website or purchase from OOPPA. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Misuse, hack, or disrupt the Website's functioning
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information

OOPPA reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website for any user who breaches these Terms.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Product images on the Website and in marketing materials are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or finish.
• Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Stock availability varies by outlet. OOPPA reserves the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at its discretion.
• In the event of a pricing error, OOPPA reserves the right to correct the error and cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund where payment has been made.

5. Orders & Payment

• Orders are only confirmed upon full payment or deposit (where applicable) and acknowledgement by OOPPA.
• OOPPA accepts payment via cash, debit/credit card, and other payment methods made available at each outlet or on the Website.
• OOPPA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, and will notify you accordingly.
• For made-to-order items (e.g. prescription lenses), production will only begin once full details and payment have been confirmed.

6. Eye Test, Prescription & Fitting

• Eye tests and consultations provided at OOPPA outlets are for the purpose of determining suitable eyewear and lens prescriptions, and are not a substitute for a comprehensive medical eye examination.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any prescription details you provide (including from an external optometrist or ophthalmologist) are accurate and current.
• We recommend having your eyes professionally examined on a regular basis, especially if you experience any changes in vision, discomfort, or eye health concerns.
• OOPPA is not liable for inaccuracies arising from incorrect or outdated prescription information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, subject to the product being unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Made-to-order items such as prescription lenses and custom-fitted frames are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
• OOPPA provides a limited warranty on frames and lenses against manufacturing defects for a period of [X months/years] from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
• To make a warranty claim, please bring your product and proof of purchase to any OOPPA outlet for assessment.

8. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotions, discounts, and vouchers are valid only for the stated period and are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or vouchers.
• OOPPA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Discount codes and vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product designs, images, graphics, and text, is the property of RetailTech Capital Sdn Bhd or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OOPPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or our products and services. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, OOPPA's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold OOPPA, RetailTech Capital Sdn Bhd, and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
